Duncan Yeardley

Duncan Yeardley himself founded the business back in 1987 specialising in the sale of residential property from our present offices in Bracknell. Soon after opening, the country hit a recession. However, Duncan’s perseverance and hard work meant the business survived these difficult years and the company continued to build a strong reputation for honesty and professionalism. We have always understood that we are handling the most expensive transaction that people are ever likely to make, which can often be an emotional and sometimes stressful time. One of the fundamental differences between us and our competitors is the maturity, understanding and experience of our team. Duncan retired from the business back in 2012, after many years hard work! The business is now independently owned by Nick Thring, who has enjoyed plenty of experience in the local property market, having started his career in Bracknell back in 1990. Nick is actively involved in the day to day running of the agency, ensuring that everything is progressing smoothly and our clients are being kept well informed. We have continued to expand our services with a Land and New Homes division and an our highly successful Lettings and Property Management department, which is run by Nick’s sister Helen, further demonstrating that we truly are a family-run business.
