The Directors of Payne Associates pride ourselves on our heritage with the company’s roots going back over 100 years, including the fact that we still act for descendants of clients from that time. Funds entrusted to us are covered by the Clients’ Money Protection Scheme of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and have to be kept in accordance with the Members Accounts Regulations. Client’s money is held by us in a dedicated Clients’ account.
