Hilton King & Locke opened in 2001 and the Directors, Mark Prieg, Leigh Gridley, and Jann Prieg have over 40 years of combined Estate Agency experience. Mark Prieg and Leigh Gridley carry out the valuations on all of the properties and it is then the responsibility of our sales team to find the buyers. This is achieved by proactively contacting all potential buyers for the properties by telephone, email, post, or text message to ensure as many people are offered your property as possible to achieve the best possible sale price.
